Summary
Koga served as the Gym Leader of the Fuchsia City Gym, specializing in Poison-type Pokémon as a practitioner of ninjutsu. He awarded the Soul Badge to trainers who defeated him. Operating out of an old mansion within the woods outside Fuchsia City, Koga trained students like his younger sister, Aya, while the gym itself was filled with traps including fake mirrors, invisible walls, pits, and numerous Voltorb. During the Generation II games, he was promoted to the Elite Four, leaving his daughter in charge of the Gym.
