Summary
As a member of the Public Morals Committee, Yobuko is strictly committed to enforcing school regulations and readily resorts to violence when she considers it necessary. While she typically maintains a friendly demeanor, she exhibits a psychotic nature when handling troublemakers at Unzen’s behest. Serving as Unzen’s partner and second-in-command, Yobuko shares a deeply intimate bond with him that goes far beyond a professional relationship. She allows him to sit on her lap, feeds him, and even permits him to rest his head against her chest for comfort.
