Summary
Breed is an anime-only antagonist who serves as the primary villain of the Caesar Retrieval Arc. In his past, he was betrayed and expelled from a former crew, an event that convinced him that friendship is worthless. Upon encountering a Kung-Fu Dugong and his animal crew, Breed used the abilities of his Peto Peto no Mi to enslave them, turning them into obedient pets. He made his debut in Episode 625.
