Summary
General White serves as the eccentric and volatile Russian commander of Muscle Tower, the Red Ribbon Army's northern stronghold. As the senior-most known officer, he compensates for his lack of strategic genius with sharp observation skills, allowing him to deduce facts with alarming speed. Notably, he is the only officer to identify Goku’s primary vulnerability: his tail. Confined to the highest level of the six-story tower by his rank, White passes the time smoking a pipe, sipping from his flask, shouting, or laughing inexplicably. Although he is prone to irritation and impatience, he displays moments of surprising courtesy, congratulating Goku upon reaching the sixth floor and commending Ninja Murasaki after believing he had killed the boy. When Goku and Android 8 ascend to the final level, their battle ensues, though Goku’s superior strength is evident. In a desperate move, White threatens the village chief unless Android 8 kills Goku, shooting the android in the process. Android 8 retaliates by punching General White out of the tower, sending him flying into the mountains where he vanishes without a trace.
