Kazuhiro Hiramatsu is a first-year student and Right Forward who wears the number 9 jersey. Born on April 26, 1975, he stands 170 cm tall and weighs 59 kg. A childhood friend of Toshi, Hiramatsu previously quit soccer to focus on his studies under his father's strict orders. However, after conversations with Toshi and Kazumi, he successfully convinced his father to allow him to balance both academics and the sport, a compromise made possible when his mother revealed that his father had played soccer in his youth. Recognized as a genius player throughout the series, Hiramatsu is renowned for his signature Heel Kick, Double Heel Kick, and Two Plato Shot, the latter performed in tandem with Toshi. His heel shots create an optical illusion that makes the ball appear to vanish, confounding defenders. As the series progresses and opponents discover methods to counter the Double Heel Shoot, Hiramatsu adapts by mastering the Triple Heel Kick.
