Jango
Summary
As a Seaman Recruit and the first mate of Captain Kuro, Jango serves as the crew’s hypnotist. He employs disks that function as chakrams to hypnotize opponents to his tactical advantage in combat, often falling victim to his own powers and hypnotizing himself alongside his targets. With a former bounty of 7,000,000 Beli, Jango is recognizable by his eccentric attire, which includes a long coat adorned with his fighting disks and heart-shaped glasses with red lenses. His hypnosis abilities were acquired after eating a mushroom cap that had grown on his chin while he slept; the remaining trunk of the mushroom still resides on his chin. Jango was defeated by Usopp during an attempt to kill Kaya and subsequently appears in various cover stories. He eventually joins the Navy, serving under Captain Hina.
