Summary
Gatou served as a shipping magnate and the founder of Gatō Company, while secretly operating as a drug dealer and running a smuggling business. His ultimate goal was to seize control of the Land of Waves. He first appeared in Chapter 10 of the manga and Episode 6 of the anime series Naruto.
