Summary
Nishiki runs a ramen shop and harbors a deep resentment toward Joui activists due to the terrorist killing of her husband. Her attitude shifts when Katsura, injured and hiding from the Shinsengumi, seeks refuge at her establishment. He repays her hospitality by assisting her during a critical moment, leading to a friendly relationship once she discovers his true identity. The venue is significant enough to host a television interview with Katsura, and it also serves as a frequent stop for Gintoki, with whom she shares a cordial rapport.
