Summary
As the initial Planetary Master of Sol to confront GGG, Palparepa serves as a direct counterpart to Guy Shishioh. He adopts the guise of a medical doctor, featuring a large syringe attached to his right forearm that functions as a blade, a retrieval tool, and a device for neural manipulation, while his right eye is replaced by a cylindrical unit housing his Loud G-Stone. He is also capable of growing butterfly-like wings. Palparepa displays extreme arrogance and a god complex, viewing Genesic GaoGaiGar and Evoluder Guy as The Devil. He firmly adheres to the philosophy that might makes right, asserting that the victor becomes God and the loser becomes the Devil. This belief, combined with his self-perception as a deity, leads him to be absolutely convinced of his own victory, reasoning that a god cannot lose to the Devil.
