Summary
Baybars serves as the Duke of Khartoum and the Commander of the Imperial Janissaries, the elite Household Guard protecting the Empress. This gigantic, dark-skinned warrior acts as the Empress's personal bodyguard and is characterized by his stern demeanor, never seen smiling. He is an aggressive and highly skilled fighter who demonstrates unwavering loyalty to the Empire, occasionally displaying amusement or enthusiasm when pursuing enemies. Baybars first appears leading Palace Guards to arrest Ion Fortuna and later intercepts Abel during his unauthorized excursion into the palace. He wields a dangerous sword featuring seven blades extending from the main blade.
