Summary
Juukei served as the master of the Hokuto Ryuuken style, having trained both the three Rashou and Shachi. In his past, he fell victim to demonic possession caused by the improper application of his techniques, which led to the tragic deaths of his wife and child. He was eventually saved by Ryuuken. Later, Juukei trained Kaiou and Hyou, specifically sealing away Hyou’s memories of Kenshirou and his knowledge of the original Hokuto Shuriken style. In the present timeline, he joins Leia’s resistance force and strives to break the seal, but loses his life during the attempt.
