Summary
Arqua serves as the talented student of East Kai. He faces off against Goku during the third round of the Other World Tournament, where the match begins with a difficult start for him. Early in the bout, Arqua alters the arena into a watery setting, which grants him a tactical edge in the fight. He first appears in Dragon Ball Z episode 197, titled "Water Fight," and later makes a brief cameo appearance in the film Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn.
