Summary
Cecily Fairchild, formerly known as Cecily Berah Ronah, is a seventeen-year-old New Type who attends high school alongside Seabook Arno on Frontier IV. Born into the aristocratic Ronah family, which leads the Crossbone Vanguard, she and her mother fled their lineage a decade ago to start a new life. Following the disappearance of her mother, Cecily came under the guardianship of her stepfather, Theo Fairchild. The status quo shifted when the Crossbone Vanguard seized control of Frontier IV, prompting Cecily to reunite with the Ronah family. She was then pressured into serving as the symbolic figurehead for Cosmo Babylonia, the new nation established by her relatives.
