Leo serves as the Tonta-troop leader of the Tontatta Kingdom and initially appeared on Green Bit, where he and other dwarves launched an assault on the Marines. Like his kin, he is diminutive, possessing a large fluffy tail and a sharp nose. His appearance features long brown hair and a green, crown-like hat with one tip bent. He is typically dressed in a jumper, goggles, boots, gloves, and a tie, and is almost always seen carrying a gun.
