Kuroka is a Nekomata affiliated with the Khaos Brigade's Vali Team. An SS-Class Stray Devil and one of the most sought-after criminals in the Underworld, she is the older sister of Koneko Toujou. Her primary motivation is to reunite with Koneko, a goal she often pursues by attempting to forcibly remove her from Rias' residence.
