Summary
Gai Daido is a towering and amiable figure who accompanied Benkei and the rest of his group when they emerged from isolation into the outside world after thirteen years. Following the injury of Benkei at the hands of the Invaders, Gai takes up the role of pilot for Shin Getter-3. He shares a close friendship with Kei and appears to harbor a slight romantic interest in her.
