Summary
Lilica Hubert transferred to Chibiusa’s school, where she was regarded as a stunningly beautiful and popular student who posed as the daughter of an ambassador while secretly acting as an antagonist. Her true nature differed significantly between adaptations: in the anime, she was an innocent girl controlled by a Lemures from the Dead Moon Circus, whereas the manga depicted her as a vampire entirely independent of the other enemies facing the Sailor Senshi.
