Summary
Osamu Yasuhara is a third-year student who ranks at the top of his class and serves as the president of his school's student council. He initially contacts the SPR because of strange occurrences happening at his school. Once the case is resolved, he becomes a valuable assistant to the team, providing off-site background research during field investigations. He also impersonated Kazuya Shibuya at Naru's request. Although he possesses no psychic abilities, his keen intellect and high efficiency make him an essential support member for the group.
