Bando, Mitsuru
Summary
Mitsuru Bando is a large, cyclops-like fighter who relies on his immense punching power as his primary weapon. Although he is sometimes described with imagery of a long sledgehammer, his true strength lies in the diabolical proportions of damage he deals when combined with the speed of his AT. During the Behemoth VS Kogarasumaru challenge, he faced off against Ikki and suffered a thorough defeat. While Mitsuru possessed far greater punching power, Ikki managed to win by employing a strategy akin to rock-paper-scissors. The sheer amount of muscle on Mitsuru’s forearms slightly reduced the speed of his fingers, giving Ikki enough time to react to his choice. Following the arrest of Akira by the Wind SWAT team, Bandō set out to establish his own Storm Rider team. His battle level stood at 78 during the Behemoth arc.
