Summary
Mizuta Mawaritosuki made his debut in Episode 379 as the younger of the two Mizuta Twins, who were identical brothers serving in the Rumbar Pirates. Along with his brother Madaisuki, he was identified by Oda in an SBS question. When a fan inquired why one of the Rumbar Pirates who died singing had a sword in his skull, Oda clarified that the two were identical pirates who met their ends in two separate ways. No voice actors have been assigned to this character yet.
