Loquis
Summary
Loquis serves as the Secretary of War for the Commonwealth of Athens and is the older sibling of Zess. He orchestrated the Athens Invasion of Krisna, publicly justifying the military action as a punitive measure against Krisna for sheltering troops from Orlando, Athens' longstanding adversary. In truth, however, the invasion was merely a pretext to seize control of Krisna's Quartz mines, driven by the fact that Athens' own Quartz resources were rapidly depleting.
