Summary
Ernest Rammsteiner, whose surname serves as a tribute to the band Rammstein, is the sole priest residing in an ancient church and has known Haine for a long time. Though he claims blindness, he asserts the ability to "see" through his other senses. He possesses a Gothic-Lolita fetish and often dresses Nill in that specific fashion. Despite his severe handicap, Bishop demonstrates remarkable skill as a swordsman, having once crossed blades with Freuling on equal terms and survived the encounter. Haine describes him as the church's "fierce guardian." His true identity is Ernest Rammsteiner, the "lost number one" or the first Cerberus. Like Haine, he is a modified person wearing a collar.
