Summary
Commander Pudding Pudding serves as a Commodore within the 77th Branch of the Marines. He was originally sent to Arlong Park with the mission of evacuating the survivors living under Arlong's oppressive rule. However, he never actually reached the location to perform this duty. Instead, upon sighting the Fishman's headquarters, his arrogance took over, leading him to initiate an unauthorized attack. This provocation angered Arlong, whose crew swiftly destroyed Pudding Pudding and his vessel, sinking the ship to the ocean floor using a created maelstrom.
