Playing as the number seven small forward for Rakuzan High, Kotaro Hayama is a seventeen-year-old standing 180 centimeters tall and weighing 68 kilograms. As one of the Uncrowned Kings, he possesses the Lightning Dribble technique. Although he exhibits energetic and childish behavior, he is also arrogant, taking pride in his status as an upperclassman and displaying a strong desire to defeat anyone who opposes him.
