Summary
Iwahata, Kouji is a tall and muscular agent of the Ministry who harbors a distinct dislike for Izuna. A former soldier, he was previously employed by a mercenary corporation before being recruited by the agency due to his exceptional ability to sense spirits, which makes him a formidable spirit-user. Some humorous moments in the manga hint at the possibility that he may be homosexual. Additionally, it is revealed in the Tokyo ESP x Ga-Rei: Shadow Walker crossover that he is the cousin of Rindou Urushiba.
