Summary
Cruz is a regular human and the sole survivor of a rebel faction. In contrast to the rest of the cast, he possesses a laid-back demeanor and suffers from a lack of self-assurance. This personality trait makes him susceptible to being ordered around by Blade and Eve, although he consistently attempts to maintain a positive outlook. While he lacks combat capabilities, he proves valuable during fights by analyzing enemy techniques to identify their weaknesses. He is frequently called Yamada because Eve cannot recall his actual name.
