Jack the Ripper
Summary
Clad in a bondage outfit, a mask, and equipped with claws, Jack the Ripper was a killer who, much like his namesake, had a predilection for murdering women. After slaying one woman and consuming her soul, he immediately pursued another target for the same purpose. However, his rampage was interrupted by Maka and Soul, who managed to subdue him. As a result, he was transformed into their ninety-ninth evil human soul.
