Summary
After escaping the prison alongside six others, including Aya Tokoyogi, when the barrier’s seal was broken, the group agreed to hunt down Natsuki Minamiya to secure their total freedom. Meiga stood apart as the only other criminal intelligent enough to avoid this futile search, correctly deducing that since Aya possessed Natsuki’s memories and time, she had become the key to the prison barrier. He pointed out that the others were chasing a ghost, yet he chose to keep this insight to himself, as letting them pursue their plan would indirectly benefit him. Additionally, he observed that Asagi might be the priestess of Cain. His anime debut occurred in Episode 16, titled "Fiesta for the observers I."
