Summary
Katsu Itsuko is the daughter of Katsu Kaishu and serves as the romantic interest for Daigoro Okuma. She was furious upon discovering that her father had disowned Daigoro as a student, a revelation that prompted her to visit him at the Kamiya residence. Later, she was kidnapped by thugs acting on orders from Okubo Tetsuma but was rescued by the Kenshin Gumi.
