Summary
As the leader of the Skulls supporters group within ETU, Hata holds a deep-seated grudge against Tatsumi. He strongly opposed Tatsumi’s appointment to the management position because the latter had abandoned his role as captain and left the team upon receiving an overseas offer during his playing days. This departure caused ETU’s performance to plummet, ultimately resulting in their relegation to J2.
