Sofia Velmer, better known by her service name Valmet, is a former major in the Finnish Rapid Deployment Force and a skilled user of knives. She harbors romantic feelings for Koko, though it remains unclear if these emotions are reciprocated. Coming from a military background, she previously served as a UN peacekeeping officer in Africa. During her tenure, her entire Finnish-led UN squad was wiped out by Chen Guoming, an attack that resulted in Valmet losing an eye. The trauma of this event has left her with a deep-seated unease and fear whenever she is on African soil. Her weapon of choice is an older model of the US Navy's MK3 Mod 0 dive knife.
