Under the pretense of being a yearbook photographer, he sells photos of female students to the male student body. This knack for gathering information earned him the approval of Nishimoto, earning him a spot in the "Three Gratitudes of the Video." His nickname is a parody of Romance of the Three Kingdoms. A skilled drummer, he is a member of Class 2-C's Band. According to his trading card, his weakness is Takano Akira, his supposed rival, though the story provides little evidence of actual rivalry. They even competed together on the same Kibasen team during the Sports Festival, and Fuyuki handled the film and CG work for a play written and directed by Akira.
