Summary
Roshio was a pirate carrying a bounty of 42,000,000 Belli. He appears in the early sections of the Jaya arc, where he is shown playing cards with Bellamy the Hyena. Although Roshio wins the game fairly, Bellamy disputes the outcome and throws him from the top floor of the building. As Roshio’s crew struggles to carry him to the streets below for medical aid, Bellamy leaps down to finish him off using his Spring Hopper technique.
