Summary
Titi served as the Queen of Alabasta and was the wife of King Cobra as well as the mother of Princess Vivi. While details regarding her life are scarce, it is established that she passed away when Vivi was still a young child. The two shared a striking physical resemblance, so much so that King Cobra nearly mistook Vivi for her late mother during the princess's coming of age ceremony. The circumstances surrounding her death remain a mystery, though it is known she had been deceased for at least eleven years, as she is absent from all flashbacks spanning that duration.
