Kiyoshi Mitarai, also known as Seaman, is a fourteen-year-old human with blood type A who was born on February 10th. He gained superhuman abilities following the opening of a demon plane hole by Sensui, allowing him to mix his blood with water to create water golems that serve as his territory. Deeply emotionally scarred by witnessing the Black Chapter, Mitarai holds a cynical worldview, believing that all humans are inherently evil and merely need the opportunity to demonstrate their true nature.
