Summary
Seiji Hotokeyama, a 21-year-old detective serving with the Koizumi Police Force, first appeared in Chapter 9 of the series. He is a former classmate of Kyoichiro and notably assisted the Yozakura Family during their middle school years by helping to conceal information about them.
