Guoming, Chen
Summary
Chen Guoming serves as the head of Daxinghai and is frequently depicted with a cane. Although he presents a polite and well-mannered exterior, he is actually a ruthless individual who will stop at nothing to serve the interests of China. Holding the rank of major general in the PLA, he becomes the primary target of Valmet’s vengeance after her unit was eliminated by Chen and his subordinates during a UN peacekeeping mission.
