Summary
Hajime Kanzaki is an eighteen-year-old human with dull blond hair tinged with brown, a pale complexion, and a permanent stubble. He sports two piercings on his left ear, a red piercing on his right, and a lip ring connected by a chain to his left ear, along with a chain necklace. A scar on his left cheek hints at past brawls. As a third-year student, he is the first of the Tohoshinki to appear and serves as the leader of Kanzaki’s Gang. His demeanor is sadistic and malignant, relying on a raw, brutal fighting style devoid of formal technique but highly effective against average thugs. While he fights based on emotion rather than reason and has casually mentioned murder, his strength triples when someone pulls the chain on his face, a vulnerability noted by Shiroyama. Although defeated by Oga Tatsumi, his reputation endures, and he is considered powerful, though not as strong as Oga. It is implied he comes from a wealthy or criminal family, using their influence to rise to power. During Zenjuuro Saotome’s training, he improved significantly, reaching a level comparable to Shintaro Natsume. With the "Kings Crest" powered by his devotion to Oga, Kanzaki gains the strength to defeat formidable foes like Nasu’s familiars.
