Summary
Dodoria serves as one of Freeza’s premier subordinates. He is a massive pink alien distinguished by the short spikes protruding from his head and forearms. He accompanies Freeza and Zarbon to the planet Namek in their quest to locate the Dragon Balls. During an interrogation of a local village, their activities are disrupted when Kuririn and Gohan intervene to save Dende from execution. Although Dodoria chases his pursuers, he eventually crosses paths with Vegeta. Realizing he is outmatched in combat, Dodoria reveals the truth regarding the destruction of Planet Vegeta in a desperate attempt to negotiate his survival, but Vegeta executes him regardless. The character also features in the special Bardock: The Father of Goku, where he and his squad launch an assault on Bardock and his team. In the Japanese version, he is voiced by Yukitoshi Hori, while Chris Forbis provides his voice in the Funimation dub, and Ward Perry voices him in the Ocean dub.
