Summary
Trained under the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju, Koharu forged a deep bond with her teammates, Hiruzen and Homura, while completing various missions. When Hiruzen ascended to the position of Third Hokage, both Koharu and Homura assumed roles as his councilors. Their extensive experience and dedication to improving Konohagakure earned them a level of respect and social standing comparable to that of the Hokage. Koharu prioritizes the collective good over individual interests, consistently acting in what she believes is Konoha's best interest, even when it conflicts with the Hokage's directives or her own personal views. Although she possesses a demure demeanor, she is unafraid to voice her opinions. She is one of the few individuals capable of reining in the Fifth Hokage when she oversteps her authority. Similar to Homura, Koharu tends to be more militaristic than the Hokages she has served under and occasionally aligns with Danzo’s perspectives.
