Summary
Asuka Hatoda is a 17-year-old who serves as the president of the global toy store PoPoPPo, an organization that secretly operates as a criminal consulting firm under the same name. He is also one of the individuals stalking Mutsumi Yozakura, a fact that led him to transfer into her school to become her classmate. He first appeared in the manga during Chapter 16.
