Born on February 22, Lulu Bell is a 23-year-old French Noah standing 166 cm tall and weighing 55 kg with AB blood type. Her relatives remain unknown. She is a blonde woman who typically wears a black suit with a blue tie and black shades, first appearing at the Noah Dinner Party alongside the initial group of revealed Noah members. She represents the "Lust" of the Noah family and possesses the power of "Form." Her primary Noah ability is metamorphosis, allowing her to transform into anyone or anything. She is not restricted to solid forms, having been shown turning into water to allow attacks to pass through her, or into humans for impersonation. She can also extend her hands into whip-like tentacles for piercing, striking, or slicing. Additionally, she can affect Innocence to a certain degree, as seen when she negated Crown Clown with a slap after Allen was weakened by a Combined Akuma attack. In the anime adaptation, she frequently transforms into a black cat for stealth and spy missions, displaying cat-like traits in her human form, such as licking her plate while drinking milk. Lulu Bell recently infiltrated the Black Order's headquarters disguised as Andrew Nansen to lead an invasion of Akuma following Allen and his friends' battle in the Ark. Her plan involved re-obtaining the "egg" and creating Skulls from the Order's most intelligent scientists. Upon seeing Allen, she decided to bring him to the Earl to fill the spot of the 14th. However, the Black Order generals Cross Marian, Cloud Nine, and Winters Sokaro proved too powerful for her and her high-ranking Akuma. Lulu attempted to escape with the egg, but Allen destroyed it, causing a massive explosion. Her survival after the blast remains unknown.
