Summary
Il Capitano, who bears the alias Thrain and the codename The Captain, stands as the First of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Hailing from Snezhnaya and Khaenri'ah, he is a towering figure with a massive build, distinguished by glowing dark blue eyes and long black hair that spills from beneath his helmet over his shoulders. His helmet conceals a face he describes as decayed and disfigured; while he briefly reveals this visage to the Traveler and Paimon to demonstrate the suffering inflicted by the Ruler of Death, the player never sees it directly. He typically dons a standard Snezhnayan winter coat, which he removes for combat to reveal a black bodysuit adorned with golden chains and accessories, along with a pair of clawed gauntlets. Before and during the Cataclysm, his attire resembled that of Halfdan, featuring a black eight-pointed star, shoulder guards, and a silver aiguillette on his right arm.
