Omasa
Summary
First appearing in Episode 946, Omasa is a yakuza boss known by the epithet "Blood-Writing." He formerly held authority over the Udon region within Wano Country. Although the Beasts Pirates had incarcerated him in Udon, he was eventually liberated when Luffy seized control of the prison.
