Summary
Fon is an Arcobaleno who possesses the Red Storm pacifier. A highly skilled martial artist, he serves as the master of I-pin and has dominated the top martial arts tournament in China for three consecutive years. His initial appearance in the series occurs in episode 11, where he appears in infant form while posing as a merchant. Character development remains minimal until episode 143, when he arrives for the start of the Arcobaleno’s Trials. He is accompanied by a pet monkey. Visually, Fon bears a striking resemblance to Hibari Kyouya.
