Summary
Emily Sevensheep is a beast-girl cadet at the magical academy in the city-state of Ariadne, where she trains to become a mage knight. As the class president of Class 3-C, she is one of the most accomplished students, though she harbors a personality similar to Ayaka Yukihiro, looking down on those she deems dunces or peasants. She is an ardent fan of Nagi Springfield, holding fanclub member number 78, and firmly believes that the 'older form' of Negi is actually Nagi reincarnated, a sentiment shared by her mother. Emily shares a rivalry with Ayase Yue, who joined the cadets after losing her memory. Initially dismissing Yue as a dunce, Emily came to recognize her as a competent magic user, equal to or surpassing herself, after witnessing Yue’s skill in coordinating Emily, Beatrix, and Collet to defeat a griffin-dragon. During the attack on the Royal Palace at New Ostia, Emily was erased by the "Code of the Lifemaker" while protecting her comrades, vanishing before Yue’s eyes. Although she appears to be dead, Nodoka Miyazaki states that Emily has been sent to Cosmo Entelechaia and may be restored by the Great Grandmaster Key, the nature of which remains largely unknown.
