He is notably observed discussing the security measures for the Sea Train with members of CP9. Claiming to possess an innate ability to detect pirates—a trait reminiscent of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi and Cardigan Welsh Corgi breeds—he rarely doubts his accuracy, having allegedly never failed to identify a pirate despite occasional moments of uncertainty. His attempts to pressure Iceburg into surrendering the Pluton blueprint were rebuffed, leading him to depart in irritation.
