Summary
Enju, whose associated flower is the Japanese Pagoda tree known for its vibrant summer blossoms, was reincarnated as Issei Nishikiyori. In her previous life, she worked as an anthropologist and possessed telepathic abilities. She harbored a steadfast love for Gyokuran, fully aware that she could never compete with Mokuren for his attention. Despite this unrequited affection, Enju never treated Mokuren poorly nor allowed herself to become bitter. Later, she and Mokuren became a couple after Shion and Mokuren got engaged, though Gyokuran remained in love with Mokuren and believed Shion had forced the engagement, clinging to the hope that Mokuren loved him in return. Consequently, Enju’s feelings were never truly reciprocated by Gyokuran even after their relationship began. Her best friend, Shusuran, offered unwavering support as Enju tried to win Gyokuran’s interest. Enju was the fourth person to die.
