Summary
Following Mukuro out of prison, Ken bears a prominent scar across his face and shares a history of experimentation by the Estraneo Famiglia with Mukuro and Chikusa. His unique ability allows him to adopt animal traits, such as those of wolves, lions, cheetahs, gorillas, and rhinoceroses, by changing his teeth into different sets he calls "channels," a process he likens to swapping game cartridges. This transformation significantly boosts his agility, strength, and senses. Originally Chikusa’s cellmate, whom he affectionately calls "Kakipi," Ken chose to follow Mukuro after the boy killed their captors and invited them to join him. Despite being defeated by Yamamoto and later by an injured Kyoya Hibari, Ken remains fiercely loyal to Mukuro, even allowing his battered body to be used during Mukuro’s fight against Tsuna. Along with the rest of the gang, he was captured by the Vendicare but managed to escape. Ken frequently mocks and berates Chrome, clearly displaying his dislike for her.
