Summary
Toto first appeared in Chapter 163 and Episode 100. He is the father of Kohza and stands as the sole survivor residing in the abandoned city of Yuba, though his name is rendered as Tutu in the 4kids English dub of the anime. Originally a healthy and somewhat stout elder, his physical form underwent a drastic transformation due to the three-year drought engineered by Crocodile. Plagued by severe thirst and starvation, Toto’s body shriveled to the point where he bore little resemblance to his former self.
